There’s one thing that always lights me up: being invited to an occasion and knowing I get to bring a cake. That moment when I can slip into the kitchen and turn on the oven… that’s when I’m happiest.
And yes, I secretly keep a list of my loved ones’ favorite pastries. A juicy carrot cake for one, a creamy cheesecake for another.

Because for me, baking isn’t just about butter and flour. When you bring the cake – you bring the love !
